Do you sell authentic Davines products?


Yes. We are an authorized Davines Salon Partner located at 17725 Yonge St Suite 19, Newmarket, ON. All products we sell are 100% genuine and sourced directly through official Davines distributors.

How does shipping work?

We ship Canada-wide from Newmarket, Ontario.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $50 CAD
  • Standard shipping for orders under $50 CAD: $5
  • Express shipping: $10

    Shipping times: 3–9 business days for Standard and 1–3 days (ON) or 2–5 days (rest of Canada) for Express.

Do you offer local delivery or in-store pickup?

Yes.

  • Local delivery: Available within 30 km of our Newmarket location. Free for orders over $50 CAD; $5 fee under $50 CAD.
  • Store pickup: Free and usually ready within 1 hour during business hours.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email hairdynastystore@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
